Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 20, 2015 12:03 pm Hi all, It's been 3 weeks since handover and currently in the progress of getting landscaping done. My neighbour this morning informed me that the fire valves (between neighbours turf and my driveway, are currently covered by concrete dust along with a dump of soil ready to be spread for turf laying later. My landscaper is unwell today and I contacted my builder site supervisor about the issue. He said it's been 3 weeks since handover, it's no longer his job or builder to fix the problem. I tried to remove it, but it seems there's quite a bit of layer of concrete dust on top. I have photos of the valve before the slab was cut and therefore know the location of the valves. Can anyone advise what I should do if the landscaper guys tomorrow will not fix it? Is it the builders job?
