Eaves/cladding gotta get painted and lower pipes to drain need to be installed first. Then exterior pretty much done. Then hopefully roughins for air con and electricals can begin. Thank goodness the roof is up though no more excuses. Teleo Tovio Re: Fowler Homes - Kingston 34 123Feb 01, 2016 7:40 pm Cladding was finished last Thursday. Today, Mon 7/3, drove past and saw waterproofing guy was on site must've been doing wet areas ✌️ Been very happy lately, plus footy season is back so it's been keeping us very occupied. Teleo Tovio Re: Fowler Homes - Kingston 34 137Mar 09, 2016 8:14 am Hi, We are going to build with Fowler, so I hope you don't mind me joining in and asking a few questions from time to time. There seems to be so few people on these forums building with Fowler. I have been reading your thread for a while, it must be great to see the results of the build process. We are building a Novara 38 and at the colours and electrical stage. We are finding the process a bit daunting. The more I read the more question I have and also worry about the costs for the variations we want. Is anyone here getting a sparky in post handover to do the downlights? Also, we are in Kuringai council area and need to do on site detention for stormwater has anyone else needed one, they seem to be expensive from what I can gather, 20-50k in posts on other threads. Cheers Re: Fowler Homes - Kingston 34 138Mar 10, 2016 8:14 pm polar_bear Hi, We are going to build with Fowler, so I hope you don't mind me joining in and asking a few questions from time to time.
