Which included an extra zone, upgrade controller and ducting... But the controller was a polyaire one... We decided not to do it to save some costs, just paid for an extra zone Re: New Gen Homes-Honeywood, Wandi-Finals+pavers! 242Jan 15, 2016 3:18 pm tsmith Oh i think we got offered a different package... Regarding building inspector, we have a family friend who is in the building industry so will probably get him to look through the house with us for things we may have missed. No word about PCI yet i think we are still a few weeks away, we are going past tomorrow to see what they have done this week. Might ask for a better idea of a PCI date next week see what he says. Have you heard anything yet? Re: New Gen Homes-Honeywood, Wandi-Finals+pavers! 248Jan 22, 2016 12:28 am That's great you have a family friend who can do that! No word yet, he is saying early feb. The house is done so it is a little frustrating the lack of communication, makes it hard to book in tradies! I was really hoping to get PCI next week but don't think it will happen. It's a waiting game Re: New Gen Homes-Honeywood, Wandi-Finals+pavers! 249Jan 22, 2016 12:41 am tsmith That's great you have a family friend who can do that! No word yet, he is saying early feb. Re: New Gen Homes-Honeywood, Wandi-Finals+pavers! 250Jan 22, 2016 12:52 am Only a few things, it does look like my air con return vent was taken out, and they need covers for the outside drains and remove some paint on the glass on the door.. apart from that everything is done! Blinds went in last week... Blinds went in last week... Hmm very strange that he cant give you a date then, sounds like you are pretty much done! Hopefully once those last few things are done he will give you a date, maybe he is saying feb because next week a few people will probably have monday off aswell as tuesday so gives them 3 days to sort it out before the beginning of feb. Hopefully they just want it to be right before the inspection so nothing needs to be fixed! Re: New Gen Homes-Honeywood, Wandi-Finals+pavers! 252Jan 22, 2016 11:46 am Fingers crossed for a PCI date soon, I am sure you will hear something soon! Re: New Gen Homes-Honeywood, Wandi-Finals+pavers! 253Jan 23, 2016 11:37 am Wow, lots of progress at yours Lisa, you must be stoked. It all looks great, love your tiles and shower drains.
