Building with New Generation Homes - Honeywood, Wandi! 45May 27, 2015 1:46 pm The block in my house now is very similar, it really makes the yard feel bigger than it actually is having it angled out like that! Great house design too! Re: Building with New Generation Homes - Honeywood, Wandi! 49May 28, 2015 2:49 am Looks lovely, lisa! I do like your plan a lot, what do those dotted lines shown in the living/dining show? I couldn't figure it out! Your smart wiring plan makes me a bit nervous I don't have a clue what those things mean I'm wondering whether we've gone too simple with that. OH well time will tell I guess! Re: Building with New Generation Homes - Honeywood, Wandi! 50May 28, 2015 11:23 am New Generation Homes Looks fantastic Lisa! Thanks for sharing. Thank you, we look forward to it too mandy+steve Garage looks great especially now you can see it on the plan like that good decision I think!! Thank you Mandy & Steve, it definitely makes more sense when you see it on the block!! haha MalSannie Looks lovely, lisa! I think the dotted lines are roof beams?? not 100% sure there sorry... I have hardly any clue either, we decided to have a meeting with intelligent homes who does the standard NBN ready pack through new gen but my OH wanted to know more about smart wiring. The guy we spoke to was really helpful, definitely recommend talking to them before prestart! What we got in the theatre and lounge is a 2 point connection with TV point like normal and also a data point. This means we can connect our TV's straight to the internet and also the Xbox so its a better connection that wireless. Then we connect our computer to the single data point in Bed 4 and then our TV's can connect to our computer also and access movies/music files (only if your TV is smart enough haha). Hope that made sense! Just to give an idea on price for our package (which is similar to Lisa's) was $2916, then we got back $836 for the included 3 point pack with the builder. Total of $2080. Thanks for that Jdvee, thought they had something to do with the roof! We experienced the exact same from intelligent homes, they are happy to show you all the expensive technology there but do not push it onto you at all, i was really pleased with them! The pricing you mentioned was exactly the same as ours too, good to see they are consistant!! Are you in the rise or original estate? Our block is very similar to yours with the shape! Very exciting! We are in the original estate, one of the first stages, we bought the block of land privately in December 2014, not through Satterly. The block we bought was titled in July 2012 so everyone around us is already built! Would love to follow your build!
