Re: Switch Homes build in Coogee 5Apr 16, 2015 8:36 pm Hi Valdez1 great to see your plans they look wonderful. I'm looking forward to seeing your home grow. it feel like being 8 1/2 months pregnant waiting to give birth. I hope switch continues to provide great customer service. Re: Switch Homes build in Coogee 6Apr 16, 2015 9:18 pm Thanks guys, we are pretty happy with the floor plan, I just love the idea of the whole living area leading out to the backyard, that way I can keep an eye out on the kids. And when they are alot older I can send them upstairs to their 'floor'..... Will post cabinets/ benchtops finishes and flooring (yep already put a deposit on the floors!!!) Re: Switch Homes build in Coogee 7Apr 16, 2015 9:21 pm Love the design! I live pretty close nearby (for now) love seeing that area go up! It will be all white walls, except for theatre and our bedroom with lots of large/ bright colourful canvas's that I will paint as its one of my hobbies, but haven't really had much time to do in the past 3 years since no2 came along... HousebytheWater, love your colour schemes and internal decorating, its right up my alley and is the look we are going for and hope to achieve. Modern meets beachy meets Scandinavian meets family friendly.... Its been so long waiting for the titles, plans are ready and waiting so hopefully things run smoothly going forward, but probably wishful thinking. This build will be character building!
