Re: Switch Homes build in Coogee 29Jun 11, 2015 7:07 pm I really hope its a dead heat but it's going to be interesting watching each others progress Re: Switch Homes build in Coogee 30Jun 11, 2015 7:39 pm That's amazing news and so exciting for you! Congrats! Re: Switch Homes build in Coogee 32Jun 11, 2015 11:15 pm Congrats on your site start valdez1, exciting times ahead for you guys. I did have a giggle when I saw your living areas and front elevations too, quite similar but different colour schemes. Would of loved the upstairs lounge area you have but had to forgo the space for a bedroom. If it helps for a time gage we are 6 weeks in from site start and our windows are going in tomorrow, electrical rough in and frame inspection is being conducted. It really is a super exciting time as the changes are huge. Re: Switch Homes build in Coogee 33Jun 12, 2015 1:09 am OMG Tribe7, that is super fast. Just had a look at your plans, 6 bedrooms!! Is that alot of kids or alot of guests?? I too had a laugh when I saw Petad plans, yes very similar. I must stop looking at plans and finishes because everytime I see a new plan I start to doubt mine!!! But variation fees stop me from changing.. You've all got beautiful homes and look forward to seeing the progress, forgot to mention that I'm a follower Re: Switch Homes build in Coogee 34Jun 12, 2015 10:03 am Went for a peek this morning and all the boys are working hard . Hehehhe yes 6 bedrooms as we have 5 kiddies ranging from 7 months to 9 years old. Agree it is hard to look at other peoples selection without wondering. Oh god yes the variation fee is a huge deterrent, I just got a quote back for our waterfall ends and I almost needed a sit down . Won't be long and you will have frame up and roof on Re: Switch Homes build in Coogee 39Jun 22, 2015 9:47 pm Congrats!!! Our build thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70984 Any electricians here please help. 1) Will the Fan need separate switch to ON/OFF/Speed eventhough it comes with Remote 2) how about… 0 1238 Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 17637 3 48425 |
