You step in, takes you shoes and wet gear off and then open another door into the house. Just a standard front door and an internal glass door into the house. I think we'll start to see more jack and jill bathrooms, and more attic conversions (I'd love a basement space!) The best I'm doing is getting a 'hobby room' priced up. Its akin to a third garage, although will be a separate habitable space with its own entry, connected to the main residence by a deck. I think we're seeing an influx of outdoor rooms, kitchens etc!
