Our builder is saying that they can't provide any estimates on dates until lock up stage. Is this normal? I am trying to schedule post handover trades and furniture lay-by's and I'm finding it more and more difficult to get and timeframes from them. Our roof timbers have just been finished to give you an indication of what stage we are at.
