Love the house! And I think my husband would be envious of your theatre! Some additional thoughts (beyond what has been said already): What about a wet bar for the Home Theatre? Or somehow having the kitchenette closer? You will likely want sound insulation in the home theatre (assume you already have thought of this but just in case you haven't) and what about a cofferred ceiling with dimmable lighting? Your entry way looks really wide but when the stairs are added in makes it feel less impressive. Maybe it's all relative, but could you steal some space from elsewhere (powder room area etc). Agree with others about extra bathrooms and windows for bathrooms (also a bug bear of mine when looking at houses). And... do you think maybe there are too many living areas?
