Building Monaco Lux Q1 - Handover 2 Sep !!!

Turn water off before u go to bed and turn on when u come back from work. That would be enough. I'm assuming this is happening every day?

Retaining walls at the back are nearly done !

And we now something good to look out to from our living area
the Palms are making this area look much different

It was happening almost everyday before the plumber visited but has been a bit more intermittent since..waiting for a stretch of a few sunny days in a row

Backyard is looking awesome. Great job with all retaining walls and planter boxes.
Thanks Mate !
Backgarden has been really slow for so many reasons..planning to do a water feature there in the middle so need to work on water and electricity connections next !

Retaining walls are looking good! A bit of green makes a huge difference.
Making some slow progress at the front

Making good progress. Keen to see it finished and how much you end up spending.
Have you a got a budget for the front landscaping?

It's something we now need to think about - our estates refusing the landscaping grants now.
what type of palms did you plant and how big do they get? i love the green against the fence - they look great
Looking forward to see it finished. Keep up good work mate.

Thanks Mate.. I've been feeling that I'm going too slow due to work commitments but I'm hoping that this thing comes to an end soon !
Hard to comment on the pricing at this stage but gonna cost much less being DIY.. We got some crazy landscaping quotes ranging from 18 to 27 k

We got Majestic Palms and they can get pretty tall...but been in love with the view from our living space so planning on something similar for the other side now

Yes ! Should have been off white but it's more on the grey end bcoz of the sand they got

This is how it should have been

General Discussion

Your house should come in "as new" condition. It should be clean, and without stains
