I dunno about the pipe that's half-buried in the slab, but the ones in the middle of your yard dirt are your yard gullies - drains for your back yard. I have Darbecca doing my Slab/ Frame inspection after the Frame is done, but I was wondering if this is something i should highlight to SS before that ? Can't wait for the frame to go up Build thread of our Monaco Lux Q1 - https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76750 Update: Handover - 2 Sep Re: Building Monaco Lux Q1 with Henley Homes 47May 01, 2015 9:51 pm confused_fhb_2015 Ilaeria Yay, slab! We got our frame and trusses on and our roof is delivered ready to go but the rain stopped progress during the second half of the week. I'm hoping we'll get the roof on by the end of this week. RE: inspections, the SS has probably spotted the issues already, but it probably wouldn't hurt to mention and see what he says. TBH it's good for your slab to have some curing time. Can you give advice on how to get missing certificates needed for a form 21?
