Our bricks also seem to have a yellow colour to the mortar after the acid wash. Are you happy with your dishwasher? We got the same one. Ive never had one before so I wasn't sure what to look for. Re: Building Monaco Lux Q1 - Handover 2 Sep !!! 722Jan 18, 2016 1:47 pm Don't think there are many lucky people who sail smoothly through these journey's Yes the ride has been a bit bumpy but can't complain.. About the dishwasher I'd say it's pretty good.. We've used a few different ones before but none have been as good..so this one is defo worth the extra from your pocket ! The only thing I would like to change about it is that it doesn't open automatically after a wash cycle ! There was definitely something so I don't believe that's gone by itself.. Will need to further push out our plans for decking and landscaping our backyard until we find out what's happening here ! What's to inspect closer? There's clearly a leak somewhere Re: Building Monaco Lux Q1 - Handover 2 Sep !!! 727Jan 18, 2016 3:33 pm That's the issue ! The plumber couldn't figure out any leakages at the joints although the area was damp ! So no clue on what caused the leakage in the first place..I was hoping them to use a camera to go through the pipes and inspect blockages..he just ran the taps for sometime and couldn't find anything Our Build Thread - http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76750 Build thread of our Monaco Lux Q1 - https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76750 Update: Handover - 2 Sep Re: Building Monaco Lux Q1 - Handover 2 Sep !!! 728Jan 18, 2016 5:34 pm Hopefully the next guy does run all the cameras and gets to the bottom of that Re: Building Monaco Lux Q1 - Handover 2 Sep !!! 729Jan 18, 2016 7:22 pm Better ask home assurance to send someone more experienced to locate this issue first. I was hoping to get something under 4K specially with a few friends having installed Brivis units around that price range ($3680 - $4050) recently.. But now with us having survived January and only a few days expected to hit over 30 degrees we're planning to as well delay the installation..there are so many things to spend money on Our Build Thread - http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76750 Build thread of our Monaco Lux Q1 - https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76750 Update: Handover - 2 Sep Re: Building Monaco Lux Q1 - Handover 2 Sep !!! 740Jan 27, 2016 8:58 am Narrewarren01 Turn the water off from the main for a day or two, if water disappears there's a leak from mains water That leak doesn't look like stormwater at all It's going to be really hard to turn off the mains for 2 days but will definitely try ! Thanks for the tip Mate This leakage is getting more and more random and confusing.. I've now started to think if it's an actual leak or something else..not very sure but can it be that this crush dust has some water retention properties bringing all dampness to the surface not sure what I said there but we're trying our best to find the root cause !
