Hey Guys, land is getting registered on 14 June. Is constructing attached granny flat a good option at Calderwood valley? Do you see any potential...I am a investor so got no idea on rentals.

Stage 1A is already registered. It is settlement they are asking for by the 14th June.
Look in the Calderwood Guidelines and the covenants on your block, but i think you will find that you can't build a dual occupancy on your block and luckily so. 450sqm is already a small enough block without trying to cram a granny flat in as well...
As for 3 or 4bdr, you are an investor so you should be doing more research than just asking on an internet forum. That said, I think you will find most houses built in Calderwood Valley will be at least 4 bedrooms...
