Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Oran Park - 10f 10g release - rego done - next steps.. 501Dec 06, 2016 6:59 pm Hi Guys...just received couple of quotes from my neighbor regarding fencing options....just wanted to ask how does the cost sharing typically work? do i give 1/2 cost of one of the fence side to the neighbor OR pay my share to whichever company is putting up that fence instead? I ask as I'm thinking don't we need some sort of proof when claiming the home design/fencing rebate (5K each) from OPT that we've had fencing done from company xyz ? Also, do I send my other 2 neighbors (back and side) couple of quotes as well so we all can agree to the same color, timber sleepers or retaining walls, etc before it gets put up....Do I get their OK first before I can OK my neighbor? As I'm thinking they may disagree with the fence color that I may put on and won't have an obligation to pay for fence cost ?? One of the neighbour house is basically nearing completion where the other two neighbors and myself are just near brickwork/roof tiles stage ..... Just confused as to how the fencing stuff works My current house was a turn key package so fencing was all taken care of by the builder ...Not sure around this time... also, just curious how we get the details about our neighbors? council or just site supervisor? thanks for any input guys..cheers:) Oran Park - 10f 10g release - rego done - next steps.. 503Jan 14, 2017 8:51 am Does anyone know when their sites are back working? We were told tradies take around 5weeks so in theory that's another two weeks but I'm so desperate for our build to get started and haven't been told officially when they are back, would be good to hear from anyone who has more concrete info. I will call our builders next week to find out. Re: Oran Park - 10f 10g release - rego done - next steps.. 505Jan 14, 2017 9:09 am trimum Does anyone know when their sites are back working? Re: Oran Park - 10f 10g release - rego done - next steps.. 507Jan 27, 2017 9:50 pm Sam_Faam hi folks .... just wondering anyone knows when the side walk ways should have been done in our stage? I am glad someone remembers about the paths. We originally had that on the plan which was sold by opt sales team but they are not yet done. I called opt team and they said that they want all the houses to be completed and then they would build the path. But i totally disagree. As i have seen many areas getting registered with paths. So i would suggest all of us from 10 e-f-g should press for the same. Cheerio OB!
