I bought land seperate and building with eden brae.. How come it will take another 3 months for u since u already signed the contract last year.. Ur plan should be in council isnt it?? Maybe part of it is the land only got registered and settled last month and they need the land to be under our name before submitting to council. My builder is working on slightly redesigning after OPT pointed out that length of my side walls is over the general spec and there needs to be a break step between roof and wall line. Apparently side wall length can't be more than 14 meters in a straight line. wondering if any of you guys had that too ? We haven't had to make any changes to our plans. Once approved and our bank gives go ahead will will be put on construction list.
