You have done a great job with your post handover list! Build thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78449 Re: Metricon, Gold Coast 3097Nov 12, 2015 12:38 pm Yeah good advice from blue as always! It's just one wall. Heck the way you two operate, I wouldn't be surprised if you changed it with the seasons - you certainly have the energy (put me to shame ... For my speed and stupid idea to paint FOUR walls in it teamed with BLUE cupboards) lol. Yellow is awesomely cheery Re: Metricon, Gold Coast 3098Nov 12, 2015 6:34 pm Franky40 It's much too yellow for me too (sorry ). How about soft grey? I have dulux narrow neck for a feature wall and it is a very soft grey. I thought you were going to tile that area? viewtopic.php?t=78985 Thanks for being honest franky , I spoke to Domingo (tiler) and he is booked out with m builds till Xmas and then is having a holiday, fair enough too. I would have to wait till feb for him to tile it for us. I think I have another option, once I've looked into it I'll post it Re: Metricon, Gold Coast 3099Nov 12, 2015 7:32 pm Chaton a pity Mr T doesn't dig it - I love it and I usually am not a yellow person. Maybe see if Mr T will let it be for a week or two to see if it grows on him? Otherwise perhaps a green or turquiose that complements your dining table? Heheh thanks Chaton, I was hoping it would grow on him but no such luck, I painted it last Friday and he still hates it . The only problem I might face with going a dark colour is it might make it look small. Re: Metricon, Gold Coast 3100Nov 12, 2015 7:34 pm TomCat My current kitchen is that color so I'm not a fan I'm enjoying covering it up with white (now). And I'm not a white fan hehe. Though white kitchens look fresh and don't date (I can't believe I'm promoting white. Call the doctor mYbey I DO have concussion) Bahshhahaha your hilarious, your normally not a white advocate. I can understand you being excited about painting over it though, I brought the paint this morning and mr t is rubbing his hands with glee. Hi All, see above image.
