I swear ive swept a dozen times since Friday afternoon and have mopped half a dozen and the dustpan is always full of it! Cant believe it! Part of me just wants to sit on the couch and never move so it stays clean, but alas, too much to do! Re: New HBC build in Baldivis Parks-Keys today!!! 554Sep 21, 2015 4:45 pm So the bulk of the hardwork is done. Majority of the furniture is assembled and it feels like the house is finally getting clean. Here are some photos i took on Saturday, but there's been a bit of improvement since then. Ill try and get some more pictures together Kitchen Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Kitchen and dining Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Dining Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Main bathroom Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Ensuite bathroom Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Master Bedroom Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Bed #2 (the walls aren't really this colour! Re: New HBC build in Baldivis Parks-Moving in is hard! 557Sep 21, 2015 8:17 pm Boooooo to all of the dust! I'm sure it will settle down, I know I will become obsessed with it hahaha. The place looks amazing! You must be so thrilled seeing all of your furniture in the house now! Just out of curiosity, when it came to the last payment etc, how long before did you organise the house insurance, and do you have any recommendations with who to go through? Just out of curiosity, when it came to the last payment etc, how long before did you organise the house insurance, and do you have any recommendations with who to go through? I waited until last possible moment for insurance (7 days before) just so i could get the best deal. Got a couple of quotes but Allianz was the best for me. Quite happy with the affordability, but my mortgage broker "brokered" a certain percent off so i was pretty happy! Re: New HBC build in Baldivis Parks-Moving in is hard! 559Sep 21, 2015 8:30 pm NAB insurance is really quiet good and if your a customer you get a discount. They go through Allianz as well You should have insurance pretty much from lock up as the builders insurance only covers workmanship and if things get stolen from site. Say if a fire was to come through or someone crash into your house you would not be covered I only just found this out recently Re: New HBC build in Baldivis Parks-Moving in is hard! 560Sep 21, 2015 10:49 pm Yay congrats on keys jlo! How many working days did it take for you to get them from PCI?
