I got quotes from places like ABC and they were sooo expensive. Hey there again...hubby just asked me if you only have the sheers downstairs (I'm pretty sure you mentioned you had block-outs behind the sheers in your bedrooms) but can't see them. He really likes the look of what you have (this means I don't have to convince him...lol) Coral build- Modified Bronte 42 - We're in!!! https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=82234&p=1513775&hilit=coral+modified+bronte#p1513775 Re: Kellie's HGWA Build - Curtains, Etc - PICS 1503Jun 12, 2016 6:12 pm Corallake Hey there again...hubby just asked me if you only have the sheers downstairs (I'm pretty sure you mentioned you had block-outs behind the sheers in your bedrooms) but can't see them. Re: Kellie's HGWA Build - Curtains, Etc - PICS 1513Jun 15, 2016 4:56 pm Sweet. I thought of the idea, but it may have to wait for awhile now. Re: Kellie's HGWA Build - Curtains, Etc - PICS 1515Jun 15, 2016 5:12 pm Wow Kellie! Your house looks amazing, so many inspirations here!! Re: Kellie's HGWA Build - Curtains, Etc - PICS 1516Jun 19, 2016 10:15 am Aw wow! Motorised blinds are the best! We have them too Can you please take another photo (or a couple ) of the lounge from the kitchen showing the sheers in the night time? I love looking at photos of sheers (is that weird to admit? ) Re: Kellie's HGWA Build - Curtains, Etc - PICS 1517Jun 19, 2016 10:19 am Oh oh, and what track system did you pick? They're wall mounted just below the cornice aren't they? Did you get the wand thing to open/close them? Or are they cord? (im not sure what the most common thing is these days) The more pictures I see of sheers the more I think "just do it!!" (for our house). Do you have young kids? Have you had any problems yet with them yanking them? I keep thinking of our friends' kids who might come over and get grubby hands over them. Maybe I can just tie them up high when they're here.. Re: Kellie's HGWA Build - Curtains, Etc - PICS 1519Jun 19, 2016 9:29 pm Thanks everyone cat_dunc - They have a cord tucked nice and neatly behind them. No kids so can't help you there I don't have any pics at night because we haven't moved in yet. But will get some soon!
