How's the communication?
Spoke to one rep in display as a potential new client, but I still haven't heard anything from the rep after almost a week. Most rep would have got back to me by now, at least to tell me which plan would suit me or asking me to meet up....First impression not so good in term of communication .. P/S Finally heard from him today, all good...maybe I'm bit impatient too as I got few things to settle on my mind (business & house) Re: Our First Build - HGWA 23Apr 09, 2015 8:17 pm skydroid Hi OP, how's your experience been with HGWA so far? That's a shame to hear, I can see why you would be put off We have been happy with everything so far (fingers crossed it stays like this ). Our sales consultant was fantastic throughout our whole design process and was always really prompt in getting back to us. Re: Our First Build - HGWA 24Apr 10, 2015 2:54 pm Hey skydroid, If you send me a private message of the reps name I can dig around and see if we can't get that person or an appropriate person from HGWA to give you a buzz. Perhaps message me the display home you're interested in and the reps name if you remember. Hope I can help. Ethan. Re: Our First Build - HGWA 25Apr 10, 2015 3:08 pm OMG your WIR is incredible!!
