We got our building permit today but still waiting for the bank hoping to get formal approval tomorrow or Thursday. Then we can pay the rest of our deposit and get some nice concrete happening! Our loan papers arrived on Friday so we have a copy to look at over the weekend and will sign them in the bank tomorrow. Then we wait for someone to push the magic button to release the funds and we can finally start! I was hoping we would have a slab this month but i really cant see it happening with only 2 weeks left. But hey we shall see. We finally got our loan sorted and the remainder of our deposit paid to redink so we are just waiting for the trades to be organised to start site works. Hoping something will happen next week. We have been told 7-10 days.
