Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 27, 2015 4:06 pm Hi All, I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with late completion of their build with Redink? We are just about to sign the contract and notice there does not seem to be any incentive for them complete it within the 45 + 250 days time frame. When I queried this I was told that I could seek compensation in the courts under common law should they take longer than the 250 days. Has anyone had a reasonable penalty written into their contract? Thanks in advance.
