Yeh we were pretty annoyed about it, but we have done just that, spoken with the developers and they reckon they will be sorting it out, but I don't like to count my chickens until there hatched. But hopefully we hear back from them this week or the next. I'll be that excited I won't care about moving (I'll just moan how sore I am later ) I felt the same way, they stipulate where the driveway is and then go and slab something in the middle of it. Turns out it was the contractor in our estate I think they did it to another couple too. Great news with them sorting it, if it's stocklands you won't have a drama they are pretty good. Re: Building our coral homes modified Casurina plan in Ormea 139Jul 13, 2015 8:03 pm It is a pain indeed. Especially when It rains everything turns to mud because we don't want to landscape just in case it all gets driven over and ruined. We had our certificate a couple weeks before we moved in.
