Re: Anyone bought in Emerald Hills Leppington NSW? 65Jun 11, 2015 11:38 pm i have signed my building contract early May, but still waiting for my land contract. it takes so long to send land contract to me. My builder said it depends on the Legal office. Also i went to Emerald hills site last few weeks, i still could get access into it. Even i saw a building in it, i presume it is the sale office? Anyone know how to get into the sale office or contact the developer? if you can send me the right contact number(not the one on their website, it is disconnected) i will be ver appreciated. Re: Anyone bought in Emerald Hills Leppington NSW? 71Jun 14, 2015 9:03 am Evil R Mine are approx $1400 if you need a solicitor more than happy to shoot over his details I do not need it now . Process almost finished. Initially he quoted around $1400, Now he indicated that due to the complexity of these contracts fees going to be around $2k. He is very good but bit slow in processing things and always busy. Thanks for sharing Evil.
