One of my friends is thinking of choosing Stroud homes, wonder if anyone has had an experience building with them. Hopefully things ramp up a bit now. Dear Neighbor, My house Lot 1111 is almost completed. i have contacted a landscaper to quote the turfing and fencing. He will give a separated quotation for fence between our houses. Material will be Grey Ridge colorbond in good price and quality work. i will get the actual quotation late this week or early next week. If you happy with the quotation, we go ahead with it. Otherwise you can find better one for us. Hopefully its done by the end of Oct. How do i forward you the quotation? Do we meet on site on Sat or exchange our contact details? Really happy with the outcome and if anyone is building with Fairmont Homes NSW - they are high quality workmanship. I have a raked ceiling in the family/living with a large skylight and it has been built really well. Noticed that there are a lot families have moved in in stage 1! Hope it's all good. Just a question. Some houses have their driveways coloured all the way to the street and some houses half coloured and just a plain concrete towards the street. Our builder is saying that the council wants it half coloured half plain concrete. Please let me know if anyone have the full coloured driveway and if they had any issues with the council?
