Just wondering since you are living here over 2.5 years. what else you found disturbing/issues apart of racing tracks and noises. More importantly, which builder did you chose to build the house. Just wondering since you are living here over 2.5 years. what else you found disturbing/issues apart of racing tracks and noises. More importantly, which builder did you chose to build the house. Hi there We were first time builders who built with MJH. We had quite a stressful build but I think this had a lot to do with our site supervisor who is no longer with the company. No real other complaints about the estate - there's been a bit of theft from time to time with people coming into the estate and breaking into cars, but I don't know think that's unique to this estate. The shopping centre has come along well with a nice range of shops and restaurants. We bought when the estate was still farmland and being naive first timers were horrified when the developer bulldosed the whole place and destroyed almost all the trees. I like how willowdale has kept a whole swathe of mature parkland. EH has replanted some trees but they're all small so the estate is quite bare and very hot in summer. (I'm sure it will look lovely in 20 years time!) I believe they preserved some bushland but nobody is allowed to access it. The new parks have been very slow to be established and the new oval is way overdue. If you're planning on catching the train to work you'll need to either catch the bus to the train station or get there very early as the car parks fill up very fast. They are going to add another 1000 car spots but with the rate the region is being populated they'll fill up in no time. Thanks again Simeon for being so elaborate. Appreciate it. Its gives us a very idea. Kind Regards 4 4121 If so what were the "special circumstances" under which it was granted?
