Has anyone had any experience in dealing with BACV (Building Advice and Conciliation Victoria)?
The combination of Henley being 7 weeks late already and the on-going phenomena of old quality issues simply being replaced by new quality issues means that I'm no closer to handover than I was a month ago.
I've just made a claim to Henley for additional damages stemming from their lack of due care
In the event that they fail to acknowledge our claim I will be going to BACV soon.
