Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 20, 2015 7:02 pm Hi guys, I'm building in a new estate and the 3 lots to my right are being built by the same builder which looks to be like a 'build then sell' scheme. Just wondering what the chances are that the builder will just pay for the fencing to be done as it will most likely be in the investors package. Do they usually try seek the 50%? Curious to know if anyone else has been in the same situation. Re: Building next to investment properties and fencing 2Mar 23, 2015 9:20 am Hi dav0j, It really does depend on the builder. Some builders just install the fencing and include it in the turnkey price. They just want to get it done and don't want the hassle. Other builders will not pay for fencing at all. Blood from a stone style. It really does depend on the approach they wish to take. Good luck with it all. Cheers, Jenny. Need hints, tips and inspiration?
