Yesterday a big swimming pool hole was dug up, the shell has arrived today (so did the water but they're delayed so off it went again lol). Lots happening today, tiles in dining area being replaced as they're scratched, furniture, solar system, telstra, sinks being siliconed, door being replaced in laundry... so much happening! Re: Coral Homes Daydream 30 - hand over on Tuesday! 516Feb 26, 2016 12:01 pm First ever post! Been stalking for a while_completely in love with your home!? Obvs your ensuite is savage as fruitcake? What made you change from your original floorplan? It's very similar to what we are designing.. May I ask how much they charged for the changes to the original? All the stress is nearly over? Re: Coral Homes Daydream 30 - hand over on Tuesday! 517Feb 26, 2016 12:37 pm Hahaha, I'm honoured peanut_ And such kind (and funny lol) words - thank you. I can send you our tender if you like - just pm me your email address. It cost around 20k I think for the ensuite / extra WIR / increased size alfresco. Hey Daz, how are Coral going post handover with rectification of defects our PCI should be in next couple of weeks. Did they dispute anything you or Kspec raised. My concern is that they play on the emotions of clients wanting to move into their new homes. I really don't want them bungling around after we move in. Building a modified Coral Bronte - Scarborough Facade Re: Coral Homes Daydream 30 - hand over on Tuesday! 519Feb 26, 2016 10:56 pm Ohhhhhh show us your hole daz can't wait to see your pool in. I'm so bummed your hand over was average, the house should be clean and perfect for you to move into. Sounds like a hive of activity at your place today, hope your getting ready for the big move now Re: Coral Homes Daydream 30 - hand over on Tuesday! 520Mar 03, 2016 7:09 am Thanks Tribe, my hole has been well and truly filled! lol Been so busy, sorry for the lack of updates. We finally moved properly on Tuesday. Before that we were over every day cleaning (grr!) and moving bits and bobs over, and waiting for deliveries. We've got the pool in the ground, the driveway was formed yesterday and when I left at 6am this morning the concrete was just about to be poured. I've scratched the floor already, spotted a bit of damage on the island bench and am just basically freaking out over damaging things. But when I stop looking at the issues and just look around I am very happy, it's a beautiful house! Been busy putting up blinds too, boy they're hard work when they need cutting to size! Hi, as per the subject. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best value decking oil (Bunning is close to where I live) for a treated pine deck? Thanks 0 10971 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13771 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4338 |
