Anyone built a McDonalds Jones Duo with granny flat.

We are looking at the McDonalds Jones Duo 3 which has an attached granny flat as part of the house. Has anyone built one of these before and if so let me know any issues, changes etc with the house. Photos would be great as the amount of information is fairly limited with these places
