Bit frightening if this is the case. Will check few others, before deciding.. Any other names ???? They do a discount for packaged inspections, that is if you essentially "preorder" all your inspections at the beginning in a package. From memory, 5 stages of inspection is going to set us back just over $2000 but that includes the waterproofing stage as well, which is something they said was occasionally difficult to time because if the builder's certifier/inspector is there at the time the waterproofing is done and it gets certified, then the tilers start work straight away, they might not be able to do a complete check of waterproofing at which time we can opt for a partial inspection of what is available to be inspected or just get a refund. I appreciated their honesty in this aspect of the inspections. Compared against other good inspectors, this is quite a competitive price. The other prices I have seen around the forums are averaging about $490 per inspection..
