The house is fantastic quality and I would recommend them in a heartbeat....not too sure about the Perth branch though they do hammered on here but just remember that is only a small percentage of builds and every single builder has bad reviews. If you want a house that is light & bright, cool in summer & warm in winter, you really want to choose a plan with the living areas facing north. A large proportion of your glazing should face north, while eliminating or at least reducing western glazing will help keep the house cool in summer. Your nice wide frontage will make it easier to find a plan that will work, & minimise overshadowing issues from neighbours.
