I have sent an email to my builder, they are looking into it and hopefully they will give me good news soon or at least give me a good reason. Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 212Jan 14, 2016 5:45 pm Bloom20 have you been to your block this week? We went Tuesday and noticed you had your pipes in, we was expecting to see pipes on our site Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 213Jan 14, 2016 9:07 pm Hi Benny.ayache, yes exciting news. I was there today & they have marked out some stuff so all going forward at last. I did notice a house further into the estate that had frame & roof on but i didnt think they were stage 2, more 3 but maybe wrong on that. Any news on when yours is starting? Hi Bloom20, I'm a few stages away but planning the same thing with my garage. I think I'm allowed to, but is there something specific written into the land contract that we should be looking for just in case I've misread something? Cheers Hello Justalittle..., i will check again in which part of the land contract we got it, I guess as long as you don't have the easement on that side, you can do so. Rather, give Thuyen or Megan a call to clarify. Cheers, Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 215Jan 15, 2016 11:29 am Alleypally Bloom20 have you been to your block this week?
