Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 165Nov 12, 2015 10:22 am Disappointing to hear of the incompetence with both BPG and Carlisle. We have spoken to carlise about fixing our site cost and will be going to the sales person this weekend to finalise that. Lets see what we get. We are in a similar position with RW on one side and No fill only cut which should be paid for by BPG as told to us by Linda. We have spoken to Thuen about this and got an answer saying your builder will invoice BPG for the cut but neither carlisle not BPG are telling us how much it will be in actual Dollars. Will keep you all updates. Not long to go now. might drive over on Saturday to see all the new lot owners taking pictures Re: Highgrove estate - Clyde North, Melbourne 166Nov 12, 2015 11:41 am I went for a drive past today and it's all open!! It's so cool to drive on it!! Carlisle sent their soil testers back out first thing this morning so hopefully they fix this stuff up!
