Was good to put two feet on my lot and properly assess all things. Anyone know when council and lpi re-open? Time will tell! Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 65Jan 18, 2016 1:55 pm Solicitors just confirmed with me that the approved plans have been submitted to LPI and settlement notice should be in 2 weeks. Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 66Jan 19, 2016 9:58 pm presanthan Solicitors just confirmed with me that the approved plans have been submitted to LPI and settlement notice should be in 2 weeks. Presanthan, that's good news! We have been notified of our house number as it will appear on Title. We should hear something real soon based on LPI timeframe. Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 67Jan 28, 2016 10:05 pm FYI..registration is very very near, the LPI has placed the subdivision in "Undergoing Folio Creation" this means there are no further questions to be answered by the developer/surveyor so they are converting every lot into a real house number and that's it. This should be very quick. Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 69Jan 29, 2016 10:37 am Hello Everyone!!! FANTASTIC NEWS TO REPORT WE ARE REGISTERED I checked with the LPI and my solicitor we are registered and ready for settlement. I'm not sure about your individual circumstances however, contractually you would have fourteen days (14) to settle. Good luck all. Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 71Jan 31, 2016 4:01 pm Awesome...just checked the lpi site as well. Finally! Good luck all and looking forward to sharing our build journey. Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 72Feb 07, 2016 4:25 pm How's everyone's prep for settlement? And any indication from Eden brae of when they can expect to start construction thereafter? Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 73Feb 09, 2016 9:00 pm Hi presanthan, We will settle on our land next Friday. What about you? Eden Brae still have to obtain the Construction Certificate which generally shouldn't take longer than two weeks if they were organised before registration. The last I heard they had forecast construction from early March. The Estate meanwhile has been freshly tarred - looks good. Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 74Feb 12, 2016 2:20 pm Hope settlement does well today. I have my settlement on Tuesday due to delay in notice received by vendors Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 75Feb 17, 2016 6:18 pm Has anyone had or is about to have their site start appointment ? Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 76Feb 17, 2016 10:07 pm Hi presanthan, no we don't have a start appointment yet. Do you? Given the delays in registering the land you would think they would have been better prepared. Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 77Feb 19, 2016 6:09 pm Nope not yet. Was advised he construction certificate was only lodged with council yesterday and that they hope to book in the peg outs end of this month. They also advised to have my finances ready early next month... Which is obviously already in place ... Sounds of things construction may only start earliest second week of March. Was it a house and land package or did you buy the land separately...
