Just like any other build, we had no progress for about 3 weeks since roof cover was completed. However in the past week so much have happened. Within the week we had grey float to the walls, external whole house render and ceilings and cornice installed. White set have also started. Hopefully should be completed by tomorrow or Wednesday. Im so glad things are progressing so quickly after 3 weeks delay. Next we are just waiting on windows glass and than lock up hopefully by end of nxt week. Will upload some pics when white set are all completed. Re: Whiteman Edge - Blueprint Homes : Roof Cover 83Jul 22, 2015 12:26 am They certainly did make up the time for the delay. Wow....grey float, external render, ceiling and cornince in one week? Jealous. Our grey float took a week, ceiling took two weeks.......not even sure about the rest. We seem to be constantly waiting on trade in between. I have yet to witness it for myself. Possibly won't get there till the weekend. Just waiting for update from CLO tomorrow. Hope glass soon and lock up not too far away. White set completed; next will be site clean. Lock Up schedule for 4th August! Yippeee getting a bit excited here! In less than 2 weeks. How I wish its earlier as all left to do is site clean up & install the windows glass. However on the other hand, we better treasure whatever time we're left to walk around the house. Once lock up we can only watch from outside. Thought I would share some thing that happen with us the other day. Went to have a look at the house about a week ago and found that a hole had been put in the master bedroom door by the tilers looked like they had dropped some thing on the door. Next time I went back the painters had been in and painted the doors and found that they had only patched the door and painted over it. The SS showed up when I was there and I pointed it out to him and he said he would sort it out. Next time I went back had a look at the door and all looked good door had been replaced, that was until I looked at the door on the second bedroom and found a door with a patch on it that had been painted over, all they had done was swap the doors around,,,NOT HAPPY JAN,,, So a very strongly worded email was sent off to Blueprint. Reply just contained a lot of buck passing and ensured me the door would be replaced..
