Thought I would share some thing that happen with us the other day. Went to have a look at the house about a week ago and found that a hole had been put in the master bedroom door by the tilers looked like they had dropped some thing on the door. Next time I went back the painters had been in and painted the doors and found that they had only patched the door and painted over it. The SS showed up when I was there and I pointed it out to him and he said he would sort it out. Next time I went back had a look at the door and all looked good door had been replaced, that was until I looked at the door on the second bedroom and found a door with a patch on it that had been painted over, all they had done was swap the doors around,,,NOT HAPPY JAN,,, So a very strongly worded email was sent off to Blueprint. Reply just contained a lot of buck passing and ensured me the door would be replaced..
