It will be a lot cheaper than what the builders are charging! We are levelling out our site by ourselves (hubby is a plumber and has the contacts for us to do it cheap) for our builders (plantation) to save us roughly $3k but we have less than 500 mm fall. Also in regards to easements, yes it is true that you can't cut and fill them. It is very dangerous and could stuff up your whole site if for instance they cut into a sewerage line or the electrical line. Good luck! Hi Schofie11 I have a same question , In my block of land at Schofields , I have a 900mm easement for maintenanace on one side . Are overhanging eaves of 450 mm allowed on the easement ? I am building a double storey Thanks js You should be able to encase the sewer but you will need it designed and approved and access to lot 580 to do the work 2 17108 You might be able to apply to divert the sewer at your expense. In NSW you would contact a Water services co-ordinator and they would give you advice as to whether or not… 1 16105 2 5468 |
