Browse Forums Building A New House Re: BluePrint Homes Build at Bletchley Park - Pre Start 21May 26, 2015 12:32 pm How did you find the standard range for their pre-start workshop in terms of your flooring, carpetry and tiling throughout? As well as tapware etc? I've been to the Celebration homes pre-start workshop only, so can't comment as I haven't seen any alternative,s but they seemed to have a good range of stone, laminate, tiling, carpetry, door handles, tapware etc range to choose from. Would be keen to hear how Blueprints standard choice range was. Or if upgrades were required if they were relatively affordable for a great bump up? Re: BluePrint Homes Build at Bletchley Park - Pre Start 23Jun 29, 2015 12:16 pm Jdvee Hey mate, any progress? Haven't seen any action on your block yet, hope it's all good! Hi mate, We just concluding our prestart upgrades as we could not make up our minds on the various upgrades. Hopefully we can push things through and get to scheduling by end of July 2015. Nice to see your brickwork coming up. Only left three more houses to build on our part of the street. Hoping my neighbours on either side start theirs soon as well. =) Building at Bletchley Park, WA with Blue Print Homes Re: BluePrint Homes Build at Bletchley Park - Pre Start 24Jun 29, 2015 9:32 pm Ah good to hear!!! Our builder work differently, we don't sign the building contract until we happy with our prestart. I hope my neighbour start building soon. I have to pay for Boundary fence now that sux. No way my house can finish with in the 18months after the land settlement. Re: BluePrint Homes Build at Bletchley Park - Pre Start 26Jul 22, 2015 1:38 pm Icy is there a time limit on build time for fences being provided? They were part of the developers included items as you probably already know, but if you have to pay because of a lengthy build time that sucks Any updates alibaba? Re: BluePrint Homes Build at Bletchley Park - Pre Start 28Jul 22, 2015 3:31 pm Yeah right didn't know that, so what about the lot next to me that's vacant, because my house will be built do I still get a fence or it is pending that build? Sorry for the off topic discussion Ali! Sorry for the off topic discussion Ali! Well if your house completed in the 18 months from the settlement date. You need to apply for it though. You see I already have 3 diving fence. Re: BluePrint Homes Build at Bletchley Park - Pre Start 30Jul 23, 2015 5:07 pm Hi Jdvee, We are waiting for the working drawings to come back and I have now been told that the stone benchtop colour which we selected for the Kitchen and Laundry has been discontinued. Della Vita stone used to have 8 colour choices but only have four now. Waiting to see how that is going to get resolved. As for the fences, isn't that shared with your neighbour anyway even if you do not get that paid out by the developer? We selected 'Hazel'. Yeah fence is always half half to be honest I just thought the developer put them in as houses went up didn't know about applying for one so will have to look into that a bit more Re: BluePrint Homes Build at Bletchley Park - Pre Start 36Oct 20, 2015 6:19 pm Congrats on slab! We are expecting the bricklayers to be on site next week. Things seem to be moving so fast! I will post some pictures shortly.
