Excellent. The Entertainer sounds very good too.
You must be getting excited, it's nearly ready! 😄
I hope it all goes well and finishes on time and the inspection goes well

I was told our property and couple of others went through with registration and we should hear from our solicitors in couple of days. We got our property's official address. Settlement dates are end of june or first week of july (depending on access to Ironwood Crescent road) There was still some construction happening in front of our property on Ironwood Crescent and we were told it would be complete by settlement. Hi nagi, What is your lot no? Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 1252Jun 14, 2017 4:27 pm There were few minor things that Frasers have made a note of and told us it will be fixed before settlement: 1. soft close for one of the drawers in common bathroom was not working 2. there was no hole in the sink cabinet next to the kitchen (for washing maching water hoses) 3. garage door rubber lining was slightly bent 4. linen cabinet door was not closing completely We asked Nigel Scott from Scott Building solutions (as recommended in this forum) to do a full pre settlement inspection. this was scheduled for today and I expect to get a report in the next few days. There are ample data and television points throguh out the house, but foxtel only in the main living and rest are free to air. I spoke to NBN company to register my new address. They said, it is registered as lot number. My service provider should put in a request to change this from lot number to actual address. our lot is 2122. Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 1257Jun 23, 2017 7:11 am We used Sydney blinds for our plantation shutters and blinds. They're local to Blacktown in Prospect where they have a showroom. They are willing to negotiate and the two of the installers have been doing it for decades. They know what they are doing. Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 1260Jul 06, 2017 11:17 am Hi Guys, We got an email with an update letting us know out house should be completed around end of August. My question is: How long will it take from inspection time to actually getting the keys in our hands? So if they complete the house on the 30th of August, what date roughly would we get the keys? (After pre inspection, and valuation with the bank etc. completed). Thanks! |
