Hi guys - information update I bought a property from Greenbank release and as a feedback to their recent construction update, I write to express my concern of construction activity in boulevard that may cause disturbance to my settled property which is facing directly to Boulevard. They replied saying that Greenbank homes will be progressively completed throughout July to early August and by that time, most of the construction traffic and construction activity from Boulevard is considerably less along Putters road. Hope that is the case.

Hi Jappy,
Thank you for the update. I kind of speculated in one of my earlier posts that this could well be the reason why some of the Greenbank houses are progressing slowly. It kind of makes sense. My house is along putters way. I would definitely not want construction traffic in front of my house on a daily basis with all the dust and mud etc after I settle and move in. So for me it makes sense if this is the case why greenbank houses are delayed/progressing slowly...

Dasi, we are definitely in the same page. I don't mind settle a bit later until all nearby view is clear of construction activity as I don't want to move into the middle of a construction site.

Sorry a repetitive question - folks who have just recently settled and taken out the mortgage - if you don't mind sharing - what sort of valuations are you getting if I might ask?
