Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 468Dec 10, 2015 9:49 am Hi, Any idea if all the earlier released houses were leased out if not occupied by owners? Just wondering before the next releases which may happen soon, whats the rental potential and any takers? Thanks, Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 469Dec 10, 2015 9:52 am I spoke to a few people there are some people renting out but I am not sure about the rent they are being charged. Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 471Dec 10, 2015 9:58 am They will probably do full clean up once the project is about to be completed. Any idea whether all houses in jacaranda collection was sold out and is anyone attending the Christmas party thing on Sunday? Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 472Dec 10, 2015 10:24 am Went to Fairwater two weeks ago and met a owner just recently moving in. She told me that the settlement of the first release was taken place in three lots of 20 and she was in the final lot to settle. Overall she was very pleased with her new home and said nothing drama happened during the settlement process. Lots 1205 and 1215 were leased out for $650. No sure about lot 1209 if it was leased or withdrawn. It was advertised for lease for $690 and ad disappeared in two weeks. Love to hear more feedback from those Premier settles about their living experience in Fairwater. Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 473Dec 21, 2015 8:58 pm Homes left over from the Jacaranda Release http://www.realestate.com.au/property-t ... ngType=buy http://www.realestate.com.au/project-fa ... -600010206 6 homes are advertised but there were more. A few have been sold after the release and have been taken off realestate.com.au. There are still more than 6 homes I think as when the previous few homes left over from jacaranda sold out, they started advertising the current 6. Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 474Dec 22, 2015 9:02 am Hi all I'm interested to find out if the builder has been installing the GeoAir A/C as advertised? Neighbours in the Premier Collection, did they install this new A/C design in your home? We are looking forward to moving in when the Boulevard Collection is completed. It took us 3 tries before we finally got in! Really happy with the house we are getting and the community. Cheers Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 477Jan 07, 2016 9:47 am Happy New Year to everyone.. Saw this article on SMH and thought of sharing it for everyone..According to this article Blacktown land values have gone up by 47%, the highest in Sydney...Happy reading http://www.smh.com.au/nsw/residential-l ... m0gqy.html Hope those who have already moved in to Fairwater have settled in well and enjoying your new home. I did a drive by around Christmas time and the completed houses look really good and other constructions seems to be going well too..I hope the weather does not have much of an impact in terms of any delays. Does anyone know when Fraser will be announcing their next Fairwater release? Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 478Jan 08, 2016 6:08 am Yes that is good news about Blacktown. We all clearly saw that with the price increases at each release. Bernie informed me in early December that the next release is scheduled for January. Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 479Jan 12, 2016 1:40 pm Hi just want some views on this, My wife is currently pregnant and she will be going on maternity leave soon. Hence, when we apply for our home loan she will be away from work. She intends to take 30 weeks off (at the most) during which she gets the 18 weeks government paid parental scheme and for the remaining 12 weeks she will receive half her full time salary from the employer. After 30 weeks, her intention is to go back to work full time. Will this have a huge impact on our home loan application? Has anyone here or anyone you know applied for a home loan while on maternity leave? I read online on some websites say, 1. As long as we can show we have the means to service the loan it should not be a problem 2. Some say it might be a problem 3. Some other websites say it is definitely a problem and high chances of loans getting rejected... Just want to know anyone's thoughts on this..thank you |
