Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 12, 2015 12:08 am hi, I'm looking for house plans that are more biased to having the alfresco/lounge/dining/kitchen at the front of the house (next to the double garage) - rather than the usual (for Perth anyway) rear entertaining biased designs. I'm thinking about building in Perth, but I want to make the most of a fully fenced front yard with bg pool. It looks superb - they have left the alfresco as where it is on the plans, but with the deck/verandah as their entertaining area poolside. It's a great plan if this is what you are trying to achieve. Oh and the house is massive. It looks very imposing on the block, but in a good way.
