Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 08, 2015 11:15 pm Hi Guys! We have just got a block in Allara Estate, Eglinton and have met with builders and decided on blueprint homes. We have a 12x30m block (375 square meters) and have decided on the pearl promo home for the house. Titles are expected for April/May, so we have a little time to figure out colours etc. LOT: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ original design: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Once modified, (we have added a door from the garage to the side) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Front elevation (we have yet to get the updated design, we have removed the render from below the window) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Elevations: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Goodies from blueprint: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The view from the sales office, our block is out there some where (its actually to the right, but I couldn't get a pic) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Anyone else is Allara? Re: Building in Allara Estate, Eglinton with Blueprint Homes 7Nov 08, 2015 11:37 pm Due to some ill advised advice from our broker, we lost our financing, had to wait 3 months, had extensions on the land, but it finally all worked out! It didn't feel like it was going to happen for a while there though!!! We finally had our pre-start mid October and our files have gone to scheduling, with the 8 week wait hitting Christmas day, it will be an after xmas job, but hey! its finally happening!.
