I know it's a pain to have a bath if you don't use it. But I wouldn't buy a house without one. I felt this way even when having kids was a long way off as I love a bath too. It doesn't mean you can't sell the house but it will significantly reduce your ability to attract a large range of buyers. Can you move things around in the bathroom to make room for a larger shower?
