Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 07, 2015 9:24 pm Hi all So I am going to be building at Springfield Lakes in The Sanctuary and Lend Lease are constructing the retaining walls for each side of the property but the back retaining wall has to be constructed. I'm wondering whose responsibility it is to pay for the retaining wall - the property whose land is being retained? I've been told different things. Thanks Re: Who is responsible for retaining wall costs? 2Feb 07, 2015 9:39 pm This link has some diagrams to explain the various situations: http://www.anewhouse.com.au/2012/06/ret ... -fairness/ The Harder You Try - the Luckier You Get !
