If you want high spec go custom, if you don't just go project it's better cos you have limited choices, probably better sometimes cos you get very overwhelmed and you will get budget blowout. Door and architrave also installed gyprocker fixing up shadowline in bathrooms. Some issue with the design of space in granny flat which means the upper fridge cabinet may need to me taken down and re-installed.
