Next step - we have received approval from the estate developer. This simply means that we have complied with all their requirements regarding setbacks, height of fences, construction materials etc, and is the equivalent on an "as of right" development of obtaining planning permission (but then you guys knew that.... )
5 builders are currently tendering for build to lock-up, then we intend to finish the inside ourselves with the help of friends and acquaintances.
Now we have to get engineering completed which takes about 6 weeks, and then get the building permit signed off which takes about a week and then build it!
