Cutting back slab is not an option because more than likely reinforcing steel will become exposed. Sensible option would be to build out wall but then it will make your eave lining inconsistent or if there is no eave lining it will miss fascia altogether. It seems there are no pretty solutions here. The best is adjust the frame to the slab.
