Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 27, 2015 6:56 pm I am looking into the council requirements for crossovers in WA (most of the councils appear to have similar requirements). From my understanding, there is no obligation to complete the crossover to the council standard, however by complying with their standard you are able to receive $x rebate on installation costs (in Rockingham, WA it is "50% of the minimum width requirements for a residential crossover constructed in concrete"). Firstly, do people generally bother with the extra requirements to receive the rebate. Secondly, has anyone dealt with the Rockingham council and can tell me what the standard cost that I am potentially going to get 50% of is?
