Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 25, 2015 7:04 pm Hello Everyone My first post here and I was hoping I could please get some assistance. I am looking at buying a home and land package. Is there a place to provides a checklist of everything I need to do and tick off in order to go about purchasing a home and land package and having it completed properly. I used the idiots guide, because unfortunately I am a novice with a young family and I am trying to get things done right without incurring additional expenses. For example, I didnt realise that landscaping was not included so while everything looks lovely in a picture the reality - is no garden. Also I was not aware that "turn-key" completion even existed till a few days ago. lol I am going to use this thread I created as my journey. I hope and ask for posters to please help and assist me with this journey. Please be aware that your assistance will help a young family and may good karma reward you. Thank you. Mike.
